- This promotion is open to Namibian citizens and permanent residents over the age of 18 at the date of entry, except employees of Namibia Breweries Limited (NBL), their advertising agencies and immediate families.
- The promotion starts on 28 November 2024 and end on the 5th of December 2024.
- To enter for the grand prize:
a .Participants to provide a valid Identification document and/or Passport.)
b. To enter the competition, entrants need to complete the linked short survey and submit a picture of their best Oktoberfest moment. An entry is only valid if the entrant has completed the survey and submitted their best Oktoberfest moment.
c. The top 20 finalists, as selected by Namibia Breweries Limited (NBL) and V5 Digital, will be featured on the V5 Digital an Oktoberfest Namibia Facebook Pages. Winners will be determined based on the number of likes and shares each photo receives, with the highest engagement receiving the first prize.
d. The finalists will be posted on the V5 Digital Oktoberfest Pages: V5 digital and Oktoberfest Namibia Facebook pages.
e. All prizes will be allocated randomly among the other top 10 winners.
f. Voting concludes on (TBD). Winners will be selected and notified on (TBD) and will be requested to participate in a marketing-related photo opportunity at SKW on (TBD).
- Namibia Breweries LTD and V5 Digital reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for another prize of similar value at any time and for any reason at NBL’s sole discretion.
- Namibia Breweries LTD decision and V5 Digital as to the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered.
- By entering this promotion, entrants give NBL permission to contact them regarding future promotions/competitions.
- By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by the rules which will be interpreted by NBL and V5 Digital at their own discretion.
- Winners must be prepared to be photographed by NBL for promotional purposes. As well as have their names and surnames listed in the press for as announcement of their winnings.
- NBL and V5 retains the right to terminate or amend this promotion terms at any time if it deems such termination or amendment to be necessary and appropriate.
- No cash alternatives are available in exchange of any prizes. Prizes are also not negotiable or transferrable.
