#SelfieFest Competition

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The Specific Terms and Conditions are set out below:
1. This promotion is open to the general public over 18 years old, except employees and immediate relatives of employees of Namibia Breweries Limited (“NBL”), their advertising agencies, competition sponsors, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. The promotion runs from 28 October 2016 to 31st October 2016 at 23h59 Entries received after the closing date of the competition will be invalid and will not be entered into the promotion.
3. Participants may enter this competition via Twitter, Instagram and/or Facebook.
4. 10 (ten) winners will be selected.
5. Multiple entries per person will be accepted, across the different social media platforms.
6. To enter the promotion, Oktoberfest event goers of the 2016 Oktoberfest, must take a photo with Hans & Heidi (cut-out mascots).
6.1. Post the image using the hashtag #SelfieFest on either Twitter, Instagram and/or Facebook
6.2 The official Oktoberfest mascots “Hans & Heidi” need to be visible in the picture/image.
6.3 Only the likes accumulated on the original post will be taken into account, likes on reposted or retweeted pictures or videos will not count.
6.4 The post needs to be public, i.e. the privacy setting on Twitter, Facebook and/ or Instagram needs to be set to public. On Twitter under Privacy\Tweet Privacy “Protect my Tweets” needs to be unchecked. On Instagram under Private Account, the “Private Account” setting needs to be unchecked. On Facebook under Settings\ Privacy “Who can see your future posts” it needs to be set to “Public”.
7. Winners will be selected by a judging panel, taking into account the following criteria; originality, relevance and the image is not lewd or of a distasteful nature.
8. All Winner(s) will be notified at the end of the competition via the social media platform they used to enter.
9. No person may enter on behalf of another person.
10. There will be ten (10) winners chosen across the different social media platforms, namely: Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
11. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter, Instagram or Facebook.
12. If, for any reason, a Winner cannot be contacted after 3 attempts, or fails to reply to NBL within seven (7) days of notification or fails to meet the eligibility requirements as set out, then NBL may declare such a win void and the offered prize(s) will lapse. A substitute winner may be selected, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
13. Namibia Breweries Limited reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for another prize of similar value at any time and for any reason at NBL’s sole discretion.
14. No cash alternatives are available in exchange of any prizes.
15. Namibia Breweries Limited’s decision on the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. By entering this competition participants agree that their entries may be used in any future marketing or promotional activities.
17. By entering this competition, NBL may exercise its sole discretion to use the Winner(s) name, photographed image, winning comments and contact them regarding information for future promotions, marketing and publicity purposes.
18. By entering this promotion, participants will be deemed to have accepted the competition Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by the rules which will be interpreted by NBL at their own discretion.
19. NBL reserves the right to terminate this competition at any time if it deems such termination to be necessary and appropriate.
20. The laws of The Republic of Namibia govern these rules, terms and conditions and by entering this competition participants are deemed to have accepted the competitions terms and conditions and agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Namibian courts.
